“You have to have a stake in the upside of something. The way that you have the upside is through ownership. You have to claim something as yours, or nothing ever changes. When people start looking for money, they see people as the barrier to the money. This is not how it works. The world does not reward that. What the world rewards is service to one another. Creating things that are of value to other people. Strategically position yourself to be always in the position of creating value in service to other people.”
